All access codes for purchased digital content on Kalodu are valid for 12 months upon activation on the MCEduHub portal. If you are unable to access the resources after 12 months, your access code has expired. To continue using the content, you will need to repurchase a new access code from your local authorised distributor or please contact MCE Help Centre at https://mce.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
If you were provided with a demo account on the MCEduHub portal by an MCE salesperson, please reach out to them directly to request an extension.
