How do I assign test to students?

To add assign a test(s) to students, please follow the step-by-step instructions guide on how to assign test(s) from MCEduHub.

Step 1: Locating the Test Builder Function

• At the menu bar, look for "My Tools" (Pointer #1) and click on it once. A dropdown menu will expand.
• Under the drop down menu, select "Test Builder" and you will be redirected to the Test Builder page.

Step 2: Locating the assign button

• Select your Test that you have created (Pointer #2)
• At the top right corner of your screen, click on the assign icon (Pointer #3)

Step 3: Assigning the Lesson(s)

• Look for your class/ class category under Form Group and choose the class(es)/student(s) you wish to assign to (Pointer #5)
• Under settings, you can
  • Set a start or end date
  • No. of attempts
  • Question Order
  • Monitoring Teachers (Tagging the teacher to the lesson)
• Once done, click on "Assign" (Pointer #6). You will receive a notification to say the lesson has been assigned.

Step 4: Editing the Test

• To edit the test, click on "Not Started/ Started" and a mini pop-up will appear
• Click on "Edit Assignment"
• You can now follow Step 3 to edit the test.
