My book has defects or missing pages. Where can I exchange for a new copy?

For Singapore customers, you may request for an exchange at the school bookshop or any of the Popular outlets to do a one-to-one replacement of the book. You are not required to produce any receipt of the purchase. 


For overseas customers, you may request for an exchange from the school/shop/distributor from which you have purchased the book from.
