Why is my access code not working?

Do ensure that you have accurately input the correct access code.  

All our access codes are valid for 12 months upon activation at our MCEduHub portal.  

Your access code may not be working due to one of the following reasons: 

• Access code is not valid/wrong. 
• Access code has already been redeemed without any account created by customer. 
• Access code expiring soon even though customer have only activated. 
• Access code has expired after 12 months of usage. 
• Access code has reached capacity quota.
