My school MCEduHub account has denied me access

If you are unable to access MCEduHub, consider the following possible reasons:

  1. Password Changes – Have you recently changed your password? If you've forgotten it, you can reset it. Refer to "How to reset my own password in MCEduHub?" for guidance.
  2. Incorrect Password Entry – Double-check that you have entered your password correctly, including any special characters or capital letters.
  3. Subscription Renewal – Has your school renewed its MCEduHub access? If your subscription has expired, please contact your local authorised distributor for renewal.
