What should I do if I used an access code but haven't created an account/ if my access code has already been used?

You will need to create an account in order to activate your access code. For first-time login instructions, please refer to the article “How do I activate my access code for the first time?


If you log in and receive an error stating that your access code has already been 

used, please contact MCE Help Centre at https://mce.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
