How do I change an MCEduHub student account to a teacher account?

To update your account status from student to teacher, please submit a request through the MCE Help Centre at https://mce.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new.


Before submitting a ticket, please ensure the following:

  • Proof of your status as a teacher at your school.
  • An approved school-provided email (if possible).
  • A letter of approval from your school principal.
